Who is responsible
Business OS is operated by Infospray Consulting ApS, CVR (Danish company reg. no.) 33397372, Gammel Lundtoftevej 3C, 1st floor, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. Contact: hej@rasmuslindgren.dk.
What data we process
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your account: name, email and login | So you can sign in and use Business OS. |
| What you enter: offers, campaigns, texts, images and settings | To provide the service: write messages, build pages and ads. |
| Keys to your own services (e.g. OpenAI, Netlify, WebinarJam, Meta) | So Business OS can work in your accounts on your behalf. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown in the browser. |
| Data from Meta (see below) | To create your ads and show your results. |
| Signups from pages without a webinar platform (name and email) | Only if you use a signup page that isn't connected to a webinar platform. The signup is then stored in your account, and we process it on your behalf as a data processor. |
Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
When you connect Business OS to Meta through Facebook Login for Business, we get access to the ad accounts and Facebook Pages you choose. We use this access only to:
- show you which ad accounts and Pages you can choose from,
- create campaigns, ad sets, ads and ad images in your ad account (always paused, so you decide when they go live),
- read the numbers for your own ads (spend, impressions, clicks and signups) and show them to you.
We store the Meta access token (encrypted), the IDs of your chosen ad account and Page, and the IDs of the campaigns and ads Business OS created. Ad numbers are fetched when you view them and are not stored permanently. We don't use Meta data for anything other than providing the service to you, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone other than the sub-processors listed below.
Sub-processors
- NoCodeBackend: database and login.
- Netlify: hosting of Business OS. Your signup pages are published on your own Netlify account.
- OpenAI: writes texts from what you have entered, using your own OpenAI key.
- Meta: your ads are created in your own ad account.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU. This is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you disconnect an integration, we delete its key immediately. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
Data deletion
You can have your data deleted in three ways:
- Disconnect Meta in Business OS: Settings → Integrations → Meta → Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately.
- Remove the app on Facebook: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Business OS and remove it.
- Ask us to delete everything: email hej@rasmuslindgren.dk from the email address your account uses. We delete your account and all data, including data from Meta, within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object, and to receive your data. Write to us and we'll help. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
